Tink's Falltime Cake!

Usher in the most fabulous of seasons with this amazingly delicious cake : )

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups white sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet instant chocolate pudding
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Grease and flour one 9x13 inch pan.
  3. Mix together the flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, cream sugar and butter until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Add flour mixture alternately with milk, beating just to combine. stir in vanilla.
  5. take about a third of the batter and pour it into a seperate bowl. mix in the instant chocolate pudding
  6. mix the pumpkin pie spice into the remaining batter.
  7. pour the pumpkin flavored batter into your pan. now pour the chocolate batter on top. marbelize the batters with a knife.
  8. bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes
  9. A nice chocolate or pumpkin glaze goes well with this, as well your favorite cream cheese frosting. It's even good enough you can eat it without the frosting! Enjoy!
